Day 2: Bari - Mola di Bari - Polignano a Mare - Monopoli

Hi.

Last night we went from Bar to Bari by ferry at 22 hours. Regarding that we slept maybe 3 hours (of total 9 hours of trip, which we spent bent on “avio seats”), together with cold and rain. We went out to say hello to the morning.

At Bari we were waiting for 2 hours at customs, and that is the main reason why we traveled for 60km only, and last 50 were on Strava.

After Bari we visited Mola di Bari, Poligano a Mare and Monopoli. We left peace of our hearts at everyone of them. Infinite row of small streets which connects old colorful houses, buildings, churches, beaches, ports and squares, all from 16-17th century. Beautiful.

We swam at the Polignano a Mare beach, heaven on earth, which all of the sudden emerged in front of us. That kind of events makes you to ask yourself how many things we miss only because of random choice of roads.

We are 3 shades darker.

Tonight we sleep at hostel at Monopoli because the rain caught us while we waved with our legs through the water. Little concrete house, shower, sauna and breakfast. Everything we needed to charge our batteries for tomorrow :)

Oh yes, is there any way to unlock our phones for foreign cards?
